One operating system for research, risk, execution and oversight.
You author the mandate. Agents do the work inside it, a deterministic kernel decides what is permitted, and every decision is written to a ledger you can question. One system, one data model, one record, instead of a chain of tools held together by people.
Five parts, one governed loop.
A decision travels the same path every time: from the mandate people wrote, through the kernel that enforces it, to the ledger that records it and the Observatory that explains it.

従来のファームは、仕事ごとにツールを買い、それらを互いに一致させ続けるために人を雇います。Adaptic は、それらのツールが代役を務めていた当のオペレーティングシステムです。
- MandateHumans author it in plain language. It compiles to policy you can read, diff and co-sign.
- KernelThe mandate, compiled. Agents propose; the kernel decides, deterministically, what is permitted.
- AgentsResearch, sizing, routing, reconciliation and reporting, done inside the envelope the kernel enforces.
- Decision ledgerEvery outcome, allowed or blocked, written once and never edited.
- ObservatoryTrace any outcome back to its clause. Ask Ada in plain language; every answer cites the ledger.
Four levels decide who acts.
Every action in the OS carries one of four governance levels, set in the mandate. The level decides whether the machine acts alone, acts and tells you, waits for an approver, or waits for a named human. Irreversible actions always wait for a named human.
- AUTOThe machine acts within the mandate, and the action is recorded. Research, signals, sizing and routing inside limits; reconciliation and NAV calculation.
- NOTIFYThe machine acts and tells the accountable human. Soft-limit warnings; de-risking at exit tier B.
- APPROVAL-GATEDThe action waits for a named approver, four-eyes where required. Mandate changes; strategy go-live; model promotion.
- HUMAN-GATEDOnly a named human may act. If nobody signs, the kernel holds. Wires and NAV release; sanctions clearance and filings; FLATTEN, HALT and resume.
One figure. The same number in every seat.
The number on the portfolio manager's screen is the number in the risk officer's report and the number in the ledger. Every seat in the software reads one record, permissioned to its level of access: no exports, no reconciliation call.
- Portfolio managerThe live book and the proposals in flight.
- Risk & complianceLimits, breaches and every gate decision, with the clause behind it.
- Allocator seatHoldings and exposure, read from the same record.

Seven capabilities, one system.
各ケイパビリティは、後付けのモジュールではなく、同じオペレーティングシステムの一側面です。いずれかを辿れば、その詳細解説に至ります。
The parts, one page each.
The kernel, the Observatory, the decision ledger, the stack beneath them, who signs what, and the API over the record.
Evaluate it on your own mandate, with no capital at risk.
Author the mandate in weeks one and two, watch it run in shadow in weeks three and four, and review the record in weeks five and six.
Product imagery shows illustrative sample data, not a track record. Adaptic holds no licence in any jurisdiction yet; its proprietary fund trades only its own capital, and it will not manage outside capital until it is authorized. Capability descriptions state what the system is designed to do.
