Technical briefing

The system, in depth.

A guided, under-NDA walkthrough of how Adaptic is built, secured and governed, for allocators, managers, partners and anyone conducting technical diligence.

Shared under NDA · On request

What it covers

Four pillars, each a working agenda.

A guided session and a document pack. Each pillar below is the agenda the session works through.

Architecture

How the integrated stack fits together.

  • The mandate, compiled: intent authored in plain language becomes versioned policy as code that people can read, diff and co-sign.
  • The kernel: deterministic and separate from the models. Agents propose; the kernel decides what is permitted, and every order is checked before it leaves.
  • The decision ledger: an insert-only record of every decision, allowed or blocked, with point-in-time queries against one source of truth.
  • The deployment topology, and the operating model that ties the subsystems into one loop.

Security

Controls, encryption, access and audit.

  • Encryption at rest and in transit, and the key-management design.
  • Identity, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication and privileged-access management.
  • Network isolation and per-region control planes.
  • The controls programme and the frameworks Adaptic is pursuing. Certifications are pursued, not held.

Model governance

Evaluation, guardrails and model operations.

  • The model inventory and its tiered classification.
  • Validation, benchmark comparison and assumption-sensitivity testing.
  • Drift detection, recalibration triggers and version control.
  • Documented limitations, and the governance cadence whose decisions are written to the ledger.

Data and the ledger

The data fabric and the tamper-evident record.

  • Reference-data stewardship, corporate-actions processing and market-data integration, with conflict resolution and sign-off workflows.
  • The decision ledger: written once, never edited, designed to be tamper-evident and reconstructable point in time for diligence and regulatory review.
The control model

Agents propose. The kernel decides.

Every action carries one of four governance levels. The session walks how each is enforced, and why the irreversible always waits for a named human.

  • AUTOThe machine acts inside the mandate and records the action to the ledger.
  • NOTIFYThe machine acts and notifies the accountable human.
  • APPROVAL-GATEDWaits for a named approver, four-eyes where the mandate requires it: mandate changes and strategy go-live.
  • HUMAN-GATEDOnly a named human may act: wires, NAV release, sanctions clearance, filings, FLATTEN and HALT.
In plain terms

What this is, and what it isn’t.

A confidential walkthrough of how the system is built, secured and governed: a reference for technical diligence, not a marketing deck. Adaptic holds no licence in any jurisdiction; DIFC licensing is pending. It runs a proprietary fund on its own capital on this system and manages no outside capital.

Capacities, objectives and reliability targets are stated as design intent, not as achieved operating metrics. Nothing in the briefing is a representation of returns or performance, and certifications and audits are described as pursued or planned, never as held.

What we share, and how

Shared under NDA, on request.

The briefing is a guided session plus a document pack: the architecture reference, a security and controls overview, and integration notes, shared selectively under NDA with those evaluating Adaptic seriously.

The pack is a diligence reference, not a catalogue of certificates or third-party reports. A shorter public companion to the architecture is available on request without an NDA.

Deployment and operating model

Where, and how, it runs.

A diligence audience cares where the system lives and how it is operated. The session walks the deployment topology, the residency model and the reliability posture in detail.

  • Deployment optionsHosted, private-tenant and dedicated single-region topologies, chosen to fit the mandate.
  • Data residencyPer-region isolation and data residency by design, with region-pinned control planes where required.
  • Operating modelObservability, backup and disaster-recovery design targets, with RPO and RTO stated as objectives, not a track record.

Figures stated in the briefing are design capacity and objectives, not achieved operating metrics.

Who it’s for

For those doing the diligence.

  • Allocators and investorsConducting technical diligence on Adaptic.
  • Managers and operatorsEvaluating the system for their own firm, often alongside a six-week shadow pilot with no capital at risk.
  • PartnersCounterparties and integrators.
  • Under NDAShared confidentially, on request.
